Notes

The most notable feature of this collection of genomes is the clear partitioning into four distinct groups, both on the basis of gene content and total nucleotide sequence content. With average nucleotide identity values far below 95% between these groups, it would be interesting to know if there are additional phenotypic differences which would justify the designation of additional sub-species groups.
