Instructions:
- Choose a module to explore from the drop down below.
- Be patient, the modules can sometimes take a minute to load.
- If you are idle too long the server will disconnect, reload the page to continue.
Graph Orientation:
- The first row (rotated 90 degrees) is the numerical position of the gene within the operon.
- The second rotated row is the PPanGGOLiN cluster ID and gene description for each gene.
- Each row of colored blocks represents a configuration of the operon in the module.
- Color within the blocks indicates in which of the two Fusobacterium nucleatum subspecies animalis clades the configuration is found.
- Green = Fusobacterium nucleatum subspecies animalis Clade 1 (Fna C1), Purple = Fusobacterium nucleatum subspecies animalis Clade 2 (Fna C2).
- The number within the blocks is the number of times within each clade that the configuration is observed.
- The x-axis is the length of the gene. Groups with multiple lengths show size variation within the gene.
